2 · Personal data

When you place an order we process your name, delivery address, phone and email; payment is taken via a payment provider and card details are not stored by us. Data is processed only to prepare, ship, invoice and legally retain the order; kept for the period the law requires, then deleted or anonymised. It is not shared with third parties beyond the courier, payment provider and legally authorised bodies, and is never sold for marketing. You have the right to access, correct, delete and object.

3 · Distance sales

This section takes effect when sales open — no product is offered for sale yet. You may withdraw without reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping cost is on the seller (in force in Türkiye from 1 January 2026). Hygiene exception: withdrawal may not apply to an opened bar; the exception does not apply to a defective product. Cold-process soap must cure; no delivery date is given before that time is measured.

4 · Cookies and site

The site is designed to be static. No advertising trackers, profiling or third-party marketing cookies will be used. If any cookie beyond strictly necessary technical ones is used, it will be stated here. (The hosting provider is not yet finalised.)

5 · Product and claim

This is a cleansing bar soap. Nothing more is claimed. The product pages make no claim about health, skin condition or treatment — because we have none. If you have a skin problem, see a doctor; soap is not a treatment. Fruit names describe the product's scent and pattern, not its composition:

6 · Disputes

For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are competent per the monetary thresholds set by law. Writing to us first resolves most matters faster.
